A new website, CalClipTV, has a great concept of presenting edited video of California politics in action. The following video is a fantastic summary of the rhetoric on the Assembly floor over Speaker Nunez’s oil tax proposal. It’s barely over four minutes long and provides us with a preview of things to come.
