SB 342 Pulled By Author – Now a Two Year Bill

My sources in Sacramento tell me that Governance and Finance Committee Chair Senator Wolk has pulled SB 342 and made it into a two-year bill. SB 342 would forbid the use of contingency fee arrangements between taxpayers and their advisors.
