As promised at the recent CAEZ conference, HCD has posted its first response to a voucher denial appeal.  The expectation is that the Department will continue to post such responses as they occur so that the Enterprise Zone community will have the common benefit of shared knowledge.

The case in this first appeal deals with the rejection of a voucher application where the date of hire differed slightly from the date the I-9 form was completed.
