Governor Brown’s Speech to the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce

I found this YouTube of the Governor’s L.A. Chamber address taken by someone in the audience.

A few notable quotations.

I’m told that this decade, this is the first time in the history of California where the number of jobs are fewer after ten years than greater. In every other decade there has always been more jobs at the end of the ten years than before. We’ve now lost more jobs than we had ten years ago.

We don’t call them “taxes,” they’re “revenue extensions.”

No mention of Enterprise Zones or Redevelopment.
