House Freshmen Send Letter Supporting Tax Incentives to Ways and Means Chair

Fifty republican freshmen Congressmen signed a letter to Congressman Dave Camp, Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, urging him to work toward passing legislation that will extend various expired tax incentive programs. These programs include WOTC, empowerment zones, and the research credit.

The letter is significant because the faction of new republican Congressmen elected in 2010 have worked against continuing past programs without significant scrutiny.
