This year there will be two awards, one for a city with a population over 50,000 and one for a city with a population under 50,000.  While none of the smaller communities are Enterprise Zone areas, 3 out of 5 large city finalists have EZs.  The finalists are:

1. Cerritos
2. Glendale
3. Long Beach
4. Pasadena
5. Santa Clarita

And for smaller cities:

1. Culver City
2. La Mirada
3. Monrovia
4. Santa Fe Springs
5. Vernon

The winners will be announced on Nov. 17.
